About Dot

Awareness can be sightless

“We need to make every single thing accessible to every single person with a disability.” - Stevie Wonder, 2016 GRAMMY Awards

The whole process of developing the Dot Watch was a valuable moment for us to look back at the lives of the visually impaired people. It became an opportunity to go back to the starting point and observe all of our daily routines we had for granted.

  • Bookstores and libraries without braille books,
  • flat touch sensors on devices without no further descriptions for the blind people to grasp,
  • expensive and bulky braille devices,
  • public transportations that have to be relied only on the hearing for use,
  • and inaccurate braille signs or signs that are impossible to locate.

Over the past two decades, blind people have not had the right to use the products and spaces that were supposedly meant for "everyone", and the slow innovation has long been limiting many opportunities in their lives.

Anytime, Anywhere

You can easily find Dot anywhere around the world, or you can simply purchase our products online. One by one, we will look for ways to get closer to our customers.

Life’s best friend

Our vision is to produce the products that can be the life’s best friend of any visually impaired person:

  • Braille education with the Dot Mini,
  • Greater freedom with the Dot Watch,
  • Access to even greater knowledge and information with the Dot Pad.

Dot reaches to our customers one step at a time along with the responsibility to produce the best assistive devices for the visually impaired and the blind.

Dot is making innovation every moment, together with our best team members. Let us introduce our proud team members and partners of Dot.
