Barrier-free tourism, in a narrow sense, is limited to sites where wheelchairs are able to move freely. However, in a wider sense, it means a tourism system designed for everybody, including the elderly who have mobility difficulties and families who are accompanied by babies/preschoolers with strollers.
Dot is working on creating barrier-free tourism with no obstacles for future generations. We could make public facilities adopting universal design to the barrier-free tours available so that people around the world can fully experience tourist attractions without any limitations.
